User agreement
This agreement regulates the relationship between the administration of the yourcamp.in.ua site (hereinafter - the Site) and users of this site (hereinafter - Users).
- Terms
- By using the Site, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
- The Administration has the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Site.
- Personal data
- When registering on the Site, the User provides his personal data.
- The Administration uses this data to ensure the functioning of the Site and provide services to Users.
- The Administration undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties without the User's consent, except for cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
- Rights and obligations of users
- The user has the right to use all available services of the Site.
- The user undertakes not to use the Site to distribute illegal content, spam, or malicious software.
- The user is responsible for any actions taken using his account.
- Rights and duties of the administration
- The Administration has the right to moderate content published by Users.
- The Administration is not responsible for the loss of information if such loss was caused by technical problems, malicious actions of third parties or other reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
- Use of content
- All materials posted on the Site are protected by copyright.
- It is forbidden to use the materials of the Site without the written consent of their owners.
- Responsibility
- The Administration is not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of using or not being able to use the Site.
- Final provisions
- All possible disputes between the parties are resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
- If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of the Agreement will remain in effect.

Refund terms
- Terms
- Refunds are made in accordance with this policy.
- The refund request must be submitted no later than 14 days before the start of the event.
- Refund procedure
- The user must submit a request for a refund to the e-mail address of the Site administration.
- The request must include the reason for the return and supporting documents.
- Refund terms
- A full refund is possible if the event is canceled due to the fault of the organizers.
- In case of refusal to participate 14 or more days before the start of the event, 50% of the paid amount is returned.
- Refunds are not made if the request is made less than 14 days before the event.
