During our first teenage English camp, we had the incredible opportunity to travel with friends to the UK, enjoy delicious food and fully immerse ourselves in the English language.

We met with native speakers, received an individual approach to learning English from 10 mentors and spent 50 hours studying English. Our English-speaking team made every effort to make this camp an unforgettable and rewarding experience for all participants.

You will see how our camp turned into a real spiritual music festival in the evenings. Christian hits were played throughout the camp, and the youth felt their relationship with God strengthened through music.

The third in line was the race "Flashback".
The change was a return to the time of the death of Jesus Christ, like a real journey into the past. And everything would have been according to the usual biblical plot, if it were not for the fact that Pilate entrusted the case of the disappearance of the body of the Son of God to Publius (a high-ranking Roman soldier). Not believing in the resurrection, he instructed him to find the body of Christ, which, according to his version, was stolen by Jesus' disciples.

Skeptical Publius, like Sherlock Holmes, constantly interrogates witnesses, searches for the truth, sometimes stumbles upon the truth, sometimes a Pharisaical lie. And in the end, he himself comes face to face with the one... Whom he was looking for.

During the shift, not only Publius learned new things and searched for the truth - the children also did not forget to develop. Camp games, specializations, cooking pizza and food on the fire, football, volleyball... Everyone had something to do, relax and distract themselves from the negative.

1. On July 22, 2022, the Olympic Day was held at the "Yourcamp" camp.
2. Organizers: GS "Football Association of Chernivtsi Region", OV NOC of Ukraine, Main Directorate of the National Police in Chernivtsi Region.
3. There were three ways of conducting this day. First, the "Nearby" project was carried out. This program involved more than 60 children who participated in sports competitions without any problems, and after receiving gifts, the children were satisfied. Secondly, with the help of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Chernivtsi region, the children were introduced to the profession of a policeman, and were also shown an official car and various special equipment. They also held an interactive class on the basics of life safety, they did not forget to explain the provision of first aid in various emergency situations. They fixed it all with a drawing on the asphalt, and did not forget about the patriotic aqua make-up. Thirdly, a football tournament was held, in which 4 teams took part.
4. The day ended with awarding football teams.
5. We thank God for the entire organization that added strength to hold an Olympic day for children.

The second run, and rather an emotional adventure, was "Simply calm". The children met six emotions: joy, fear, anger, sadness, patience and love. And every day they were told how to express these emotions so that they were understood correctly and expressed non-toxicly.
For example, anger is a perfectly normal emotion that arises in response to an adverse environment. But one must be able to express anger in such a way as not to offend the interlocutor, and at the same time reveal one's true emotions.
Joy is an emotion of light, with which it is desirable to illuminate even the greatest sadness, because optimism (especially now) is exactly what keeps us afloat now.
Fear is a normal response to something new, but you have to fight with it, because you won't know until you try.
Sadness is a logical response to something that is difficult to experience. But sadness should not be artificially created. It is harmful for a person to be in the sadness that he has created for himself.
Patience is about waiting for the moment, so as not to get caught up in negativity, to meaningfully explain your feelings.
And one of the most important emotions is love. Love for a friend, for one's other half. But the most important thing is God's love for man.
And it is in harmony and balance that you can get the same feeling of calm — complete peace and harmony.

In addition, the week was full of active activities, camp games, cooking on the trip and children's smiles.

A week ago, the first event called "Excalibur" thundered in our camp. The trackers from different parts of Ukraine came to get to know each other, to glorify God, and most importantly, to learn the secret of the sword, which is obeyed only by a pure heart. During the whole week, they contemplated the history of the kingdom and its future heirs. The three sons had to pass the test received from their father to prove their worthiness for this throne.

Of course, the sledopyt race was not without specializations. Children mastered the art of pizza making, archery, cooking in natural conditions, tickled their nerves on the climbing wall, and even rode a donkey. There were also various camp games such as capture the flag and treasure hunt.

All in all, the first race was probably one of the best this year, because the level of epicness of the program just bought people. And the meaning that was invested in the story played out in skits, children, we hope, will carry with them throughout their lives.
